These Terms & Conditions govern your use of ktechpit.com and any software products purchased through it. By making a purchase or using this website, you agree to these terms.

Ktechpit is operated by Keshav Bhatt, an independent solo developer based in Kotdwara, Uttarakhand, India. There are no subsidiaries, affiliates, or group companies.

1. What You Are Purchasing

When you buy a license from Ktechpit, you are making a one-time payment for the right to use the named application's premium features for the selected duration (30-day, quarterly, annual, or lifetime). This is not a subscription — there are no recurring charges and no automatic renewals.

All plans unlock the full set of premium features. There are no tiers or feature restrictions based on the plan chosen; the only difference between plans is the duration.

Licenses are delivered digitally and activated immediately upon payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with your license certificate at the address provided during checkout.

2. License Terms

Your license is tied to your Account ID — a unique identifier automatically generated by the application on your device. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software on one device at a time.

• Device migration: If you get a new device or reinstall the application and receive a new Account ID, you can transfer your license to the new Account ID using the Self-Service Portal.
• No sharing or reselling: You may not share, sublicense, resell, or transfer your license to another person or entity.
• No reverse engineering: You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, bypass, or tamper with the application's license verification or any other part of the software.
• Personal use: Licenses are for personal use only unless a separate commercial or multi-seat arrangement has been agreed upon in writing.

Violation of these terms may result in your license being revoked without a refund.

3. Payment

Prices are displayed at checkout in your selected currency. We support multiple currencies; exchange rates are determined at the time of purchase by the payment gateway. All transactions are processed securely by PayPal (international) or PhonePe (INR). We do not store or handle your payment credentials.

Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect purchases already completed. Refunds are handled as described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Self-Service Portal

The Self-Service Portal allows you to view your licenses, check expiry dates, and migrate your license to a new device. Access is authenticated via a one-time code sent to your purchase email address — no password is required or stored. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, content, branding, and materials on this website and in the applications are owned by Keshav Bhatt / Ktechpit. Purchasing a license gives you the right to use the software as described above — it does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

The source code of applications is the exclusive intellectual property of Ktechpit. Redistributing, copying, or publishing any part of it without written permission is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

Ktechpit's software is provided in good faith and kept up to date, but is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a specific purpose. To the extent permitted by law, Ktechpit's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific license giving rise to that claim.

Ktechpit is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss or loss of productivity, arising from the use or inability to use the software.

7. Disputes

If you have a complaint or dispute, please contact us first at connect@ktechpit.com — most issues can be resolved quickly and informally. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the laws of India and the jurisdiction of the courts in Kotdwara, Uttarakhand.

8. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the website or any purchased license after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
