Refund & Cancellation Policy

We stand behind our products. If something goes wrong with your purchase or you're simply not happy, we want to make it right. Reach out to us and we will do our best to help.

We keep it simple.

If you have a genuine problem with your purchase, just contact us. We review every request personally and respond quickly. Our goal is for you to walk away satisfied.

When You Can Get a Refund

We offer refunds in the following situations:

  • Payment deducted but license not activated. If your payment went through but you did not receive a confirmation email or your license was not activated, contact us with your payment reference and we will resolve it — either by activating your license manually or issuing a full refund.
  • Duplicate or accidental purchase. If you accidentally purchased the same license twice, or selected the wrong plan, contact us within 48 hours and we will refund the duplicate or incorrect charge.
  • Change of mind. If you purchased a license and decide you no longer need it, contact us within 72 hours of purchase and we will issue a refund, provided you have not made significant use of the premium features.
  • Technical issue we cannot resolve. If the application does not work as expected on your device and our support team is unable to resolve the issue, you are entitled to a full refund.

When Refunds Are Not Applicable

  • Refund requests made more than 7 days after purchase, unless a verifiable technical failure is involved.
  • Requests where the license has been actively used beyond a trial-like evaluation of premium features.
  • Requests based on dissatisfaction with features already accurately described on the product page at the time of purchase.

Even outside these guidelines, if you have an exceptional circumstance, please contact us. We consider every case individually.

Cancellations

All purchases are one-time payments — there are no subscriptions or recurring charges, so there is nothing to cancel on an ongoing basis. If you change your mind about a purchase, the refund process above applies.

Refund Process & Timelines

Once a refund is approved, it is processed back to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider:

  • UPI / PhonePe: typically within 2–5 business days.
  • Credit / Debit cards: typically within 5–7 business days.
  • PayPal: typically within 3–5 business days.

Refunds are always returned to the same payment method used during purchase. We cannot transfer refunds to a different account or issue them as cash.

Email us at connect@ktechpit.com or use the Contact page. Please include your purchase email address, the application name, and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within 1 business day.
