38. Cut down or Eliminate Alcohol Consumption
Because of the effects alcohol has on the liver, consuming slows down the body’s natural fat burning process.
An occasional glass of red wine is probably the best option.
Not only is it low-carb, but it has some other health benefits as well.
The occasional cocktail won’t undo all your hard work, but as with all things, moderation is key.
Just make sure that you don’t forget that alcohol is filled with empty calories and it severely depletes your energy reserves.
