Once you get a little more comfortable doing cardio, then you should move on to a workout like the one you’ll see in this video.
It’s still considered a beginner’s workout, but it’ll be a little harder, since you’ll be performing the move for thirty whole minutes.
That might seem impossible now, but eventually, you’ll be able to handle it without breaking a sweat!
Now you’ll be able to work out without feeling like you’re going to pass out.
