4. Warm up Cardio Workout
This routine doesn’t require any equipment, and it’ll only take you five minutes to complete.
You can handle that, can’t you?
The exercises are simple.
You’ll start out by doing lateral steps and pulls, and then will move on to slow rocking butt kickers, high knee pulls, arm swings and lateral steps, and will finish off with a few more moves.
There will be ten in total, but they’re all equally as easy.
