2. Low Impact Cardio Workout
Cardio is important.
You can’t skip it completely, just because you get out of breath easily.
Instead, you should try doing a low impact workout that’s meant for beginners, like the one you’ll see in this video.
It’s going to take thirty minutes, but you’re only going to be doing seven different exercises.
Remember, you can always take those exercises slow.
Don’t push yourself too hard.
