46. Change up Your Workout and Challenge Yourself
When you reach a plateau or get bored with your current workout, it’s that much easier to quit.
Changing up your exercise routine is the best way to beat both of these problems.
You don’t want your body or your muscles to get complacent and you definitely don’t want your mind to get bored.
Try new things, even if you simply implement new exercises as the seasons change.
Try jogging in spring, swimming in summer, biking in autumn, and snowshoeing in the winter.
