44. Hold Yourself Accountable for What You do
Because it is okay to give into some of your vices as long as you enjoy them in moderation, it’s sometimes tempting and all too easy to give in a bit too much.
Two cookies turns into three, one Cosmopolitan turns into four, and a small bag of popcorn turns into a huge tub.
Missing a workout because you’re sick makes it easier to skip the whole week because you’re tired.
Avoid that slippery slope by holding yourself accountable.
Again, keeping a food journal to document what foods you’re eating is incredibly helpful.
Take it one step further and keep an activity diary as well, to make sure you’re staying active on the regular.
